Drop is the head of the Uutsville norkelville and Scamp is the head of the Luntsville norkelville. They are the most important figures in the ville. They have their own personal castles, lots of servants, and they act quite like spoiled prats. And what is worse, they don’t get along with each other which causes quite a bit of trouble for both norkelvilles. But that is about to change after Snupsi and his friends arrive.
